Yup, still alive.

You ever have this grand vision, and then when you get into the weeds it turns out they were actually very tall trees. Or… maybe you got shrunk to the size of an ant… points for the (now old) movie reference?

That’s me right about now.

Being granted control of a Top10 Alliance in a Kingshot server takes a lot of bandwidth. Particularly, when it’s midstream and one’s trying to get everything in order to push beyond the expectations. Hopefully sometime here I’ll have the pleasure of introducing the leadership team who’s made it even possible. Even though a lot of them are shadow dwellers doing a lot of the high priority administrative tasks. It takes quite a lot of elbow grease to keep an Alliance of just shy a hundred people going. Especially in a wargame like this – as you have internal and external affairs to handle.

Intel gathering, analysis, internal affairs, diplomacy, events – the works. It may merely be a game, but people are people. And it really is what makes the effort worth it – even though events that tried to form against us because we weren’t the top spenders… but if anything, I think we’ve got the most spirit of the lot.

Anyhow, still working on content trees in and around this topic matter – and one of our very awesome Dragons is working on maintaining a calendar for in-game events.
