Just a quick rundown of the Kingshot KvK recommendations!
Phase 0: Matchmaking (2 Days)

☑ Stockpile resources (incl speedups, boosts, gems).
☑ Train extra troops to increase march capacity & rally contribution.
☑ Prepare hero talent/gear setups (battle vs economy).
☑ Buy necessary items in advance (shields, boosts, teleports).

Phase 1: Preparation (5 Days)

☑ Complete daily KoP tasks (construction, research, hero gear, shards, intel missions).
☑ Aim for daily Phase Chest and collect State Medals.
☑ Buy teleports and buffs from Kingdom/Alliance shop.
☑ Save hospital space → keep infirmaries empty before battle.
☑ Coordinate with alliance (who will push which tasks).
☑ Gather resources heavily → fill up farms and storage.
☑ Train troops every day to maximize numbers.

Phase 2: Battle (10:00–22:00 UTC)

If Offline:
☑ Stay shielded the entire time (bubble up before 10:00 UTC).
☑ Double-check shield covers until at least 22:00 UTC.
☑ Especially watch for attacks around 12:00 UTC Castle Battle.

If Active:
☑ Have teleports ready to move with squad/rallies.
☑ Join Discord voice-chat with your squad.
☑ Use attack & defense boosts before fighting.
☑ Only attack castles ±3 Town Center levels from yours.
☑ Follow rally calls → do not solo unless instructed.
☑ Farm points by occupying tiles in enemy kingdom.
☑ Focus on Turrets first during castle battle, not the Castle itself.
☑ Heal continuously, don’t let hospitals overflow.
☑ Stay shielded if idle to avoid free kills.

Phase 3: Field Triage (2 Days)

☑ Heal troops immediately (use Alliance Help & speedups).
☑ Use gems for Medical Satchels if necessary.
☑ Give Rescue Orders to alliance mates (up to 20).
☑ Request Rescue Orders (up to 50 total).
☑ Aim for up to 90% troop recovery.
☑ Rebalance your army (train missing troop types).
☑ Refill resources by farming/gathering safely.
☑ Save some Alliance Help points for others.
☑ Get ready for the next KoP cycle.
